St Andrews Cheese Company Farmhouse Cheddar is a rich, buttery cheese with a golden yellow curd.  Crumbly, yet creamy in texture, this cheese is tangy, salty and full of complex character with well balanced acidity and a real depth of flavour that lingers. Typically aged for at least 9 months. The cheese is sold in wedges of approx 180g-200g. The weight may vary slightly between these tolerances.

All St Andrews farmhouse cheeses are hand made on the Stewart family farm, using unpasteurised milk from their own herd of home-bred cows, heritage cultures and natural rennet.  They are pressed in traditional cast iron presses, before careful maturing to achieve their award winning flavour profiles.  A complete farm to fork experience!
