Dunbar Community Bakery’s popular Polish loaf is a large crusty yeasted bread made with 20% dark rye flour and 80% white spring flour. Real bread made with locally milled Mungoswells flour. Comes already sliced for convenience and can be frozen.
SUBSTITUTION NOTE: The bakery has a limited capacity to produce the Polish loaf so if demand is high we may substitute with the PDC which is an equally delicious crusty white sourdough made from 10% wholemeal and 90% spring flour.
